In today’s post we’ll explore this month’s favorite books. From architecture to navigating stress, politics to culture there’s a range of topics for all tastes. I’ve always loved giving and receiving books. I particularly enjoy sharing them with fellow book lovers who value reading and books as much as I do. See below this month’s picks.

This amazing book showcases the iconic works designed by Zaha Hadid characterized by her bold, fluid designs, from the MAXXI museum’s fluid curves to the striking geometry of the Heydar Aliyev Center.

Great as a table book as well!

I just finished reading this book and I believe it’s the best I’ve read so far on how to navigate stress (and I do have a lot of stress!). She shares actionable advice for stress and for cultivating positivity in daily live. Drawing on scientific research and personal anecdotes, she offers a roadmap to resilience and well-being.

Funny and insightful memoir that will take you into the world of therapy. Through her own experiences as both a therapist and a patient, the author explores the complexities of relationships, identity and personal growth.

It’s funny that before I started reading this book, I was told that I’ll feel like going to therapy and that’s exactly what it felt like!

The book provides an analysis behind the polarization of American politics around identity during the 20th century and the impact of this polarization in our perspectives and relationships. Through rigorous research and incisive commentary, the author, a political journalist, looks at how things like the media and identity politics contribute to this polarization.

A novel about a secretive financier in New York and his wife comprising of four different chapters, each presented as a distinct book, yet they are all different versions of the same story. Throughout the story you’ll be wondering who you can trust where everything appears to be deceiving.

Table book about the life of DVF and her journey as a designer presented through photos and personal stories.

Romantic novel taking place in NYC about two former lovers that met again after 10 years. The book explores themes of love, forgiveness and second chances and I absolutely loved it!

In this book the authors examine, by using real life examples, how small inconsistencies in judgment (‘noise’) can impact our decision-making.

Happy reading!
